Prospective Clients (Initial Strategy Session)
We look forward to meeting you and learning more about your financial journey. This call is designed for us to get to know one another and decide how your needs can be best served. Together we will explore:
- Your goals, values, and priorities
- Your top financial concerns and current financial planning needs
- Our unique service plan along with our investment and financial planning philosophy
This strategy session will be about an hour. Please click on the time zone link below and it will take you to our availability. You will receive instructions via e-mail on how to prepare for the meeting after your appointment is confirmed.

Existing Clients
To schedule your appointment, first, click on the appointment link entitled “existing client.” You can then customize your appointment by selecting the appropriate topic for our meeting: the beginning of the year, tax preparation, investment review, mid-year, or end-of-year review.
We meet with most existing clients three times per year and we suggest that you schedule all three appointments 3-12 months in advance to best cover your financial needs throughout the year. You have the opportunity and flexibility to determine how frequently you would like to meet with us.
